Dinorwic Smallmouth Bass Fishing Lodges

Pine Sunset Lodge is located near the village of Dinorwic, between Dryden and Ignace, Ontario, and on famous Dinorwic Lake. They have outstanding fishing for Smallmouth Bass. Dinorwic Lake is attached to Wabigoon Lake via the Wabigoon River. Smallmouth Bass are common in the 2 to 5-pound range but Smallmouth Bass get as big as 7 pounds. The have boat caches on wilderness lakes for more excellent Smallmouth Bass fishing. They have clean housekeeping cottages, which range in size to accommodate groups of 2 to 16 people. They also have a campgrounds for both RVs and tents.

Merkel's Camp is located between Dryden and Dinorwic Ontario and on the north shore of Wabigoon Lake with close access to Dinorwic Lake. Both of these lakes are considered among the best Smallmouth Bass fishing lakes in Ontario. Smallmouth Bass can be caught in the hundreds between 1 and 4 pounds. Monster trophy Smallmouth Bass in the 5 and 6-pound class get caught by guests almost every day and occasionally 7-pounders get caught. They have 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom lakeside housekeeping cottages on Wabigoon Lake as well as a drive-to outpost camp on Little Basket Lake.
